We are rapidly approaching the 4th of July, which marks the official handover for the newly elected EIT Digital Alumni Board. This is why we decided to organise an in person Handover Meeting in Brussels on the second weekend in June.
During the countless workshops the outgoing Board members introduced ongoing projects to the new team.
With a packed agenda for the weekend, we managed to cover a wide range of topics starting from an introduction to the EIT ecosystem all the way to operational things like how to refund travel costs for business trips.
Luca, our outgoing Events Officer put on the chef hat and cooked us delicious lunches, which kept the energy levels high for the sessions.
After the workshops, Jeroen, our “local” tour guide / outgoing president gave us a walking tour of the city of Brussels, which we all enjoyed a lot :)
During the weekend, the incoming Board has already collected plenty of ideas to implement for the next two years, so stay tuned and give them a warm welcome!
