What do you work on as the Treasurer? What skills are required in these works?
Make sure the finances are good, skills required are having the interest to talk with the accountants. Knowing how to fill out a spreadsheet. Knowing how to motivate people to spend money.
What have you achieved in your mandate 2019-2021 as the Treasurer?
A smoother finance overview. A better definition of where and what needs to happen as the treasurer, For example how to keep track of Board expenses, event expenses, overall expense overview, how to communicate the finances with the accountants.
What could you have done better or differently during your mandate?
